Not impressed with installation crew. Very unorganized, bickering and unsure of what was required for proper installation. Went with wood insert for efficiency and safety and have concerns if installed properly. Crew came out month before to inspect fireplace and chimney and still were unprepared. Definitely would recommend another retailer and installer for money spent.

THIS IS WORST RETAIL STORE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. This place sold me a defective product, and I had to pay for it to get fixed! I waited 6 weeks for a lawnmower, that I was told would arrive in 10-12 business days. After finally receiving the mower, chain snapped off the drive train upon starting. I was charged 70 to fix this! The kid, Mike , who appears to be in charge , is a completely smug millennial who told me he was “taking care of me” by not charging 150!!!. You try to support a local business, and this is what happens. STAY FAR , FARAWAY from Hearthworks.
