We were traveling from Texas back to North Carolina after the 2021 snowstorm. Interstate 20 was impassable so we traveled north and spent the night in Lonoke Arkansas. We stopped to get gas on our way out of town and our car wouldn’t start. We could not get a tow truck because of the storm. I called Heartland and spoke with JD. He started making calls trying to find a tow truck. After 8 hours AAA finally sent a tow truck at 4:30 on a Saturday. JD made arrangements for someone to wait at the dealership. They close at 5. I called Monday morning and spoke with Ray and explained our situation. They replaced the starter and delivered the car to us by 10 am. There were no Uber or cabs available. They went above and beyond to help us so we could get home. The cost of the repair was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. We would recommend Heartland to anyone. They made a very difficult situation much easier for us. Thanks guys for your Help!

Chris Reid is the man to see!! He did a wonderful job getting my family of 5 (including a newborn and 2yo, aka crying and running around) into this awesome Acadia!! He was very Patient with gap covering the loss with our other vehicle. The lot might be small but the employees pack a punch and the vehicle's wont disappoint!! We made the 30min drive to England and it was worth it!!
