By far this is the best place to live in the pearl! Amazing, high quality apartments with great and modern amenities. The best part is the people! Both the leasing staff and the maintenance staff are beyond helpful and nice and really make it a community feeling. Precautions and transparency during covid have been best in class! Don’t want to move anywhere anytime soon :)

Been at the Heartline for 18 months and have been really impressed with the standard of apartments, the rooftop terrace and communal areas (which feature a gym, work hub, lounge and cinema room). Lesley and her team, especially Chrissy & Charlotte, are second to none and have always been very helpful, courteous and really make you feel part of the community. The maintenance team led by Todd are also very attentive and super helpful. I have looked at many apartment buildings since moving to Portland and for me the Heartline is a cut above.

Living in the Heartline is like living in your own little neighborhood/community. The management is the best in Portland, it's very safe, and there are a lot of amazing perks. This will definitely be a hard building to leave if I ever have to move in the future.

I’ve been living here for 2 months now and I absolutely LOVE IT! It was my first time moving into an apartment and the staff made it so easy and helped me through each step of the way! The amenities are amazing, but the rooftop is my favorite! Lesley, Courtney and Chrissy are so great and I’m so thankful for the community they create here at Heartline!
