If you looking for a car salesman to sell you a car, this is NOT that type of dealership. These individuals are so much more! They do NOT try to SELL you but instead provide a car buying experience like no other. From the moment I entered, until me pulling off in a high-quality used vehicle I feel like I was talking to friends and family the whole experience. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a quality experience. I had a good experience purchasing my car about a year and a half ago. My car runs great and I'm very happy. Recently brought my car in for a much needed oil change. They were fantastic! I love that they have snacks and wifi in the waiting room. Even ice cream!!! Nathan, the young gentleman at the service desk, was absolutely fantastic. He got me in and out very quickly, answered some of my ridiculous questions (I am not very car-savvy), all with an upbeat personality and very thorough with his information.

I purchased a truck from John Hinderer two weeks ago. 12 hours after purchase the radio went out, the next day the check engine light came on, and a week later the tire light was flashing (bad sensor most likely), NO ANTENNA, as well as being poorly aligned . After being very polite in dealing with the salesman who did his best to be helpful, I was rudely dealt with by a sales manager whom I finally was able to get in contact with after three messages, and repeated calls. I was told to bring the truck in to have it checked out. After the hour and a half drive to the dealership I was told “my hands are tied” by the service advisor. And that I would have to pay for the problems to be fixed. I do understand buying a car “as-is”, but when you spend tens of thousands of dollars on a truck with numerous issues immediately after purchase, one would expect a dealership as “reputable” as John Hinderer to do their best to make it right. Unfortunately for me that wasn’t the case. My advice is to steer clear of this place. Get your Honda in Marysville, or at Roush. Anywhere else really. *Reply to dealership* It says right in my review that I’ve taken it in to have it looked at. To which I was the given the reply “my hands are tied”. I know when a company replies to a negative post like mine, they care very little in reconciling the reviewers bad experience. Instead they try to conduct damage control for anyone smart enough to read a handful of reviews before doing business with them. If you’re a potential car buyer, go elsewhere. Avoid this poor excuse of a dealership.
