Within 20 minutes Aubrey debugged my Empire vented wall furnace and got it working reliably. I had it installed in my garage years ago by a large gas oriented appliance dealer in the Northern Neck . It never worked right. I had the installation team out 2 or three times. I gave up and it sat idle for over 10 years. But I HAD to get it running this winter and called Stokes. Aubrey discovered the double walled vent pipe had been cut 1/2 inch short at installation. He made a temporary adjustment and it was running well when he left. He ordered a new pipe and cap and returned a week or so later and made the fix permanent. Happy and warm on Yankee Point Road!

I've know these folks forever. They are good people and they are there for you when you need them. Very reliable and personable.
Great service and attention to detail. The technicians were prompt and professional. Stokes went out to the way to find me a cheaper alternative for a replacement part. Communication was great and service was quick. Highly recommend for any in-home propane issues.
