After I called and explained where I was and what I was in, they were very professional. Asked important question like \does the 550 have a flat bed or dump bed\ and that was the difference in me getting towed and not getting towed. Other companies in the area wouldn't even let me talk after I said \f550\ even though the entire truck weighs barely over what a 350 weighs. I don't have any equipment or anything on the bed and this made it quite frustrating to find a wrecker. BUT AFTER CALLING HEAVY TOW I WAS HOME ASAP!
