Last year (2019) they had our jet ski for three months, we were told that they would start repairing next week or they ordered parts and they should be in the following week, NOT!! We finally got it back in SEPTEMBER!! They were always friendly but that doesn’t cut it when your looking forward to be able to use and have fun in the summer! We will never take anything to them again!!

Very knowledgeable, dependable, and friendly. They have completed routine service for us that was completed as projected (less than 24 hour turn around) and a lake service call where Jeff Jr was there within 30 minutes and had me back on the water in no time!

Dealing with Robbco was one of the most miserable experiences. 8 months & 1,700 worth of wasted time & money. Boat came out more messed up than when I sent it to them. Zero customer service, zero effort to make anything right. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Wish I would of seen the other reviews before stepping foot into this place.

Too bad there's nothing less than one star, because this place is awful. Bought a used boat off of them recently and they assured us that it ran great. Motor won't start and carburator needs completely rebuilt. Very dishonest group of people. I hope the next person learns from my mistake of trusting a sales person. Be warned! Won't even offer to make it right. Shame!
