Terrible customer service, tried to exchange an unopened screw driver never used for some pruning sheers. I was honest when I went in telling young man that I purchased them awhile back. He accused me of lying cause it was in a red bag and was not their bag , but it was their bag. I have shopped there for 40 years and should not be treated like that. From now on I'll drive further instead of local and shop at home depot where I am treated better!

I very rarely give 5 stars to almost any store. But this place deserves it and the customer service was beyond excellent. I was never in that store before more than likely I'll be there again. Kudos to Sal

Took my lawn mower there for a tune up. Told me two weeks. Called the next day telling me it was ready. Got it home and noticed the spark plug was not changed, blade was not sharpened, oil wasn't changed, filter was not changed and the gas leak I took it in for was still a problem. Told me he confused me for another customer. OK. Thanks for your honesty. Seven days later I pick up the mower, starts on first pull, dies after 3 minutes. Motor was very hot. Took off oil cap to check oil, EMPTY! Put in the recommended oil, waited for it to cool off and restarted and minutes later and the piston rod shot through the motor housing. Can't run without oil. Two year old mower is now at my curbside. Plus in the meantime I had to hire a landscaper to cut my lawn while all this was happening. I hate all this. Just want to cut my lawn. Good luck!
