Horrible service, rude and untruthful. Won't answer phone, won't call back and does horrible work. Look at the pictures of the Chase Cap they put on about 4 years ago. Complete junk and rust pit. Shop around this place is a rip off.

This business does not answer their phone. They do not return phone calls whether you leave one or five voice mails. Our HeatGlo is self igniting. We had to turn off main propane valve and would love to have an appt to repair the issue but this business is crickets. Don’t waste your time.

I have nothing negative to say about Heffley's after the installation of two pellet stoves in my homes. Both installations were on time and professional. With the second purchase, I forgot to order the log kit insert, so I paid for it on site at the time of installation. With a trip out of town, I forgot to go pick them up at the store. When temperatures fell this week and I fired up the stove for the first time, I realized MY error. Now, five months later, called the shop and spoke with the now 'new' owners who immediately provided me with the logs. Exceptional service in that they had no record of that previous purchase, but went above and beyond to make this customer happy. They could have easily, and rightly so, had me pay again for the logs. We will continue to use and recommend Heffley's, without reservation.

I had them complete two projects for me: upgraded an existing fireplace to a modern wood burning insert and replaced an outdated glass screen with blower vents to a modern functional unit. I also had both chimneys swept. It's a locally owned, family business. All of the work is well done. The owners are a married couple and their son is apprenticing. They are small, so it may take a little time to get a call-back, but they are good at what they do, deal with quality brands and get the job done efficiently. I am very happy to have them here in Whitesboro.

Since the Hefley's sold their business in July of 2019, things just aren't the same. Blonde women acting as sales persons seen to know little about their products. The most common response is, "I"ll have to look that up." Okay -- so look! Not much inventory -- really disappointing. I called to order a wood stove, to arrange pick up date, and pay over the phone --- no one answered the phone, no one responded to my voicemails. This is Tuesday. They had Sat. afternoon, all of Sunday, and all of Monday off. Is anyone working?
