Heidi is one of the most humorous, engaging, and refreshing people I have ever had the great pleasure of learning from. Everyone in my party had a fabulous time - she guided us to make beautiful vessels beyond what we ever thought we were capable of! Relaxing, non-judgmental and encouraging. 10/10 would recommend.

Heidi Loewen is an outstanding teacher! I have had a number of pottery classes in the past and wanted to learn how to throw very large scale pots as well as intimate sizes. She teaches with great patience and humor! I have also learned to wedge and center up to 40 pounds of clay which is more than I ever have in my life. She also teaches unique trimming techniques, such as carving and chattering which I’ve never done before. I also learned wonderful new glazing techniques with Heidi. She teaches with ease and makes everybody feel like an art star upon leaving her class. I would highly recommend anybody of any age to take a class with her!

Excellent repair of my serving platter. So accommodating with the COVID. Beautiful items in her gallery.

Just walk away ... the only art this women does is con art ! She overcharges for a beginners class in which she does mostly chatting and little instruction and then we you are done she never tells you that in order to get your pottery she will charge you 200 to ship it - in essence extorting more money and holding your pottery hostage . Even when I told her I would charge the shipping on my own account ( after discovering it was no where near the price of 200) she explains that the packing will still Cost 100. Stay far away from this scammer ! My next call is to the BBB

Nice lady, however the pottery was very very overpriced for the product we received. Glaze had cracks and small holes in it when it finally came in (4 months later...) Additionally, shipping was handled somewhat childlike with packaging peanuts double boxed (not a good process...bubble wrap or some kind of foam would have been sufficient and much less of a mess) also had to pay way too much for the extra shipping costs...would not recommend from the experience we received.
