I have had nothing but wonderful service from Helen. I go every week and have been going for several years. She is an excellent technician as well as a hoot to spend time with.

I didn't like the experience because my hair grew back within a week and essentially you pay for tweezing instead of an actual electrolysis procedure. Since I had about five or six procedures before, I can estimate the quality of services provided and it is definitely waste of time and money – hair grew back too fast and too dark compared to previous times!
