If you need to make any payments over the phone be prepared to wait about 3 years before you ACTUALLY GET AHOLD OF A PERSON. Completely understaffed making it almost impossible to get ahold of someone. Staff is inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Awesome! Stephanie and Natelie were super..it was very snowy, I am in a cast they accommodated in every way. Thank you MMVD title division. ️

The MVD in Montana is a joke. Trading a simple foreign license, or proof of valid out of state license to trade doesn’t work in the state. Understaffed out of date equipment provides the worst customer service I’ve encountered worldwide. Same with judicial system. Hopefully the new administration can gut and clean this mess.

Biggest mess in the state. Hire more people so you dont have to wait for months.

They don’t even pick up the phone. Ever. Fix this, there’s people who have stuff that *needs* to happen and y’all aren’t even there.

I contacted them with a minor issue, and was met with breathtaking laziness and incompetence. They used to be better than this.

I went to title my car, I had a lady named Jodi, she was awesome, knew exactly everything about the title error made by myself and the seller I was able to complete the registration process and she made it so stress free. I have never had a bad experience there but she was great!!!

I arrive 5 mins after they opened and proceeded to wait 3 hours because one of the two employees working could only handle current Montana driver license renewals while the other had to do all the other forms. I understand new employees have limited abilities but during that time maybe have another employee working to help with the large number of people in the waiting room. Not the best first impression for a new resident of Montana.
