Super quick and easy to get a PCR Covid test here! They took my insurance and I got my results back in \u003c24 hours, via UM Health. The nasal swabs they use are slightly smaller than the County test sites use, so it doesn't hurt!

i did have to wait a little, even though I had an appointment, because an emergency had come in before me, but no worse than any other scheduled doctor visit. I knew I had a sinus infection, so nothing complicated, but the doctor was pleasant, listened to me, asked good questions, and I did not feel rushed in any way. I would feel completely comfortable recommending this location to anyone needing health care

I came in to HELLOMED for a simple but required physical examination after not having seen a primary care doctor in over 3 years. The front desk staff was very quick and knowledgeable in digesting forms I had handed them, and explaining to me how my health insurance would work. Then the nurse I saw was equally patient and kind, and even took the time to explain vocabularies that I was not familiar with. The entire procedure was very smooth and all of the staff at HELLOMED left a warm and friendly impression.

This *would* be a fantastic place. I’ve had great experiences. But it is NEVER OPEN. Make sure you only get hurt during business hours, people. The weekend? Hell no! Doctors need time off. Holidays? For July 4, they closed for the ENTIRE BUSINESS WEEK, weekends on both sides. So as long as the urgent care you need takes place during the most serendipitous time possible, you’re all set here.

Great care, people were respectful. The physician listened carefully and wrote notes, asked detailed questions, and spent a lot of time on properly understanding the history, and on explaining stuff to me.
