Amazing food, stopped here while driving through WV and it’s actually some of the best home cooked food I’ve eaten in my entire life. Worth the drive.

My favorite restaurant ever! Great home cooked food in a wonderful atmosphere. The Sunday buffet is amazing. Well worth the trip!
The price of the food ranges from cheap to expensive, but the portions are very good. The service was alright but the food was phenomenal. I will come back to Helvetia and eat there. The only problem is that I am not entirely sure that this restaurant is 100 % percent authentic Swiss restaurant. I will write a follow up post if I get a chance to go to Switzerland and eat Swiss food.
Absolutely outstanding. The food was great, fresh and the right amount. The restaurant itself is just full of little pieces of history of the town and the staff is very friendly and efficient.
Sweet little Swiss restaurant nestled in the hills of WV. Atmosphere was nice with antique decorations and food was good. Cash or check only though.

This place is FANTASTIC!! Everyone is so nice, and the place feels less like a restaurant and more like having an awesome home cooked meal at a friend's house. And the food? It is just the best!! Their prices are awesome and the meals I have had there have been completely amazing. I wish I could give this place even more stars because it is seriously awesome!! If you're thinking about going here sometime, don't think about it any longer, GO! You will not be disappointed!!
