I would not recommend this place. I wish I could give a negative review. They don’t return phone calls or emails. When my dad passed, they sent me someone else’s death paperwork, clearly a hippa violation. I asked them to give me information on jewelry so I could have a piece of my dad with me all the time. They never did and he was created and put into the urn and then it was too late. I had to remind them about the transfer permit for the ashes. Then I never received the death certificates, and it’s been 5 weeks. I called them and they said they would call back that day, and they never did. Now ever time I call, it goes to voicemail. I have left several messages and no phone calls back. My dad is a WWII veteran and the way they are treating this whole process is a disgrace. My dad funeral is Friday and I won’t be able to have it without his death certificate.

We just experienced the most difficult time! Inland Memorial treated us like FAMILY! We will ALWAYS be thankful for Inlands compassion,honesty, and respect!! All the family wants to be together so we are wanting Inland Memorial to take care of us!!!!!
The staff here is very easy to talk to when making funeral arrangements . The prices are moderate and reasonable. My family has used this Chapel since 1984 when my father passed away . I can't say enough for the staff. They are compassionate and very professional .
Wish i could give negative stars on this place. To ruin a veterans funeral is horrible youd think one would go above and beyond for a veteran yeah not this place. Make sure you have your arrangements in paper so they wont tell you they messed up the date of your services the day before you were suppose to have them. Very inconsiderate/ last minute people here. Never again!!!
This place is horrible. The whole process with my grandmother took way way too long. I don't live there so a lot of things had to be done over the phone. I just kept hearing we'll get back to you, we will call you back, but they never called back in the same day even if I called first thing in the morning. We were looking at another cemetery where she wanted to go so I told the women on the phone about it she actually had the nerve to say \what we're not good enough for you?\ And LAUGHED Really??? You people are sick and you obviously don't care or you're way too busy and need to hire different people who are more efficient because you made the most horrible experience in my life even worse.
