La Von Watkins was the absolute friendliest employee ever! I was so happy on how when we first pulled up she greeted us, talked to us and let us look around the houses! Afterwards she brought us into her office and helped us decide on what house we would love ️! I would definitely recommend asking for her when you come visit even if you just want to look around

The sales staff, and in particular, La Von Watkins, was extremely helpful. While we toured the models on the lot, La Von showed us the first model to explain the options, pricing, and requirements, and then left us to see the rest. After viewing the models, La Von was right outside of the office waiting to talk to us, and answer any questions. Like I said, La Von was never pushy, but was always available for questions.
Marie was very nice and helpful, we toured the available models in site and really loved the silvercrest model. We are looking for land and Marie was very helpful on explaining us how the process works. Will definitely go back to follow the process!
