Been calling for a few weeks now and can’t ever get my case worker to answer or return my calls. I’ve gotten benefits from different states before and literally have never had this problem with any other office.

1 months now .can't get help. Not really opened two hours a day shouldn't they be increasing their hours and helping people more in a crisis I think they're getting more money but now no one will help me someone called me so don't know what they're doing don't know the paperwork they say to do the best I can that's a lot of help thanks a lot

Horribly managed. I have made calls since August and no one returns phone calls. The customers service is disgraceful and rude. Hemet please check on your worker Rosa Pacheco as she is not returning any phone calls is extremely rude and unprofessional. People go through difficult times and county workers should never treat people the way she did. I hope they record their phone calls and messages to trace her unprofessionalism.
