Can't say enough about intermittent manager \Melanie\. When faced with prior management's\inherited\ two year old, incompleted issues, Melanie confronted them swiftly, the same day! She also followed up personally assuring completion was done efficiently and effectively. Wow! Her knowledge of procedures and policy was impressive she is skilled in interpersonal communication and genuinely cares. Refreshing!

If you are in the market to find an amazing 55 plus senior living apartment then zen valley senior living is the place to be. look know further i have been here for almost four years now and i'm not going anywhere ever Michelle, Gilbert, and Gene the maintenance man are amazing and if the customer service wasn't enough they gave the most caring, and amazing thanksgiving dinner for us they had turkey, ham, stuffing, rolls, pies mac and cheese you name it they had it and the decor was beautiful just beautiful you will hit the jackpot if you are approved to live here and approval is easy thank you Michelle, and Gilbert you have out done yourselves once again also the Christmas tree is amazing as well can't wait to see what you have in store for Christmas you guy are so good to us and again if you are looking for a amazing place to live 55 plus zen diamond valley is diffidently the place to be i promise you it stops here so come on down check us out ask for Gilbert or Michelle you'll be glad you did

Absolutely stunning!! Went in for a tour and I was not disappointed at all. Michelle and Gilberto were extremely kind and helpful. All around a clean and beautiful place to live and I look forward to coming back.

Bed Bug infested apartments! I have talked to 10 or more seniors who have dealt with bed bug infestation. They are not getting rid of them. They simply band aid it up until another breakout happens and it travels to another apartment. They do not give seniors 24 hour notices before pounding on windows waking tenants up for work orders that are constantly going on. It is noisy and the management team are beyond rude. They only care to get that buck in their pockets! I have overheard them talking and have recorded it to paint over mold and mildew after apartments flooding. They raise rent without notice which is against the law. They shut off water without notices and had something put in the water without giving notice to tenants which we still have and will be tested. Remind you I don't live here. I work for Adults and Seniors in a social worker field and come a couple days a week talking to these seniors. Housing is getting involved. So Zen, which is anything but! I'd watch how you treat these seniors and start giving these seniors the respect they deserve. You make it look pretty on the outside but the inside is very ugly. You have more than enough seniors documenting these issues. Their complaints fall on deaf ear, so I recommend you open up.
