They are very unhelp cancel my appointment last minute. I wish I never came to them super rude staff don’t know what an appointment card is I had make sure I got prof of my appointment cuz the keep rescheduling me. even with an appointment still I been there on a 5 hr wait for a rubber band this experience was horrible if u have insurance go somewhere else please!!

Good luck getting any help from the staff, they are rude and unhelpful. I show up on time for my appoitment and they had no clue/file ready for me, they finally had everything situated and took my insurance card some time had passed and they told me my insurance was inactive. Turns out they pulled up insurance information from 11 years ago that has long been terminated but they still refused to go the extra mile or even try to look up my current insurance information, mind you ive taken the time from my work to come and do this appointment. Needless to say I will never recommend this office/establishment because of the staffing. If I could give no starts I would.Your better off trying another office.

I am absolutely amazed what this facility does to assist with painful bleeding hemorrhoids. I lived with the worst condition because years ago the doctor told me the surgery I needed to remove the hemorrhoids was very painful. So of course I've been putting off doing it. When I finally had to face the fact that something had to be done I started looking for surgeons. I came upon this center. I was given an appointment that day. The treatment was done in the office and I left feeling uncomfortable but not in terrible pain. That was 3 weeks ago. I resumed normal activity immediately. It unbelievable that I am healed completely. Today I am still amazed at what happened in just a few hours. Please do not hesitate to go here. I recommend it!!! And I'm soooo thankful my life is now normal.

I went to this doctor because the website was unbelievable the first time I saw Dr Gordon he told me I had a fissure with spasms an gave me a nitro ointment that did not work the second time he jacked my ass up to his eye level an proceeded to put tools in my anus causing a new problem my original healed on its own it just needed time but what he did on the second visit I am still suffering with for 2 years now don't let this website full you an he only has one pharmacy down stairs at a hundred dollars a pop
