I never write reviews, but this place is awesome! Jason and Tony are so knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help. My boyfriend just started skiing and they gave him some great tips on gear and even how to ski. And Tony offered to help me fix my existing snowboard boots because they were causing me a lot of pain, and it did the trick, no more pain! This is definitely the place to go :)

Amazing staff, ask for Claire - she is super knowledgeable and helpful, plus they are basically the only ski store in Long Island with in season stock, I called in advance they held multiple outfits on the side for me. And best of all if you purchase enough they offered a discount. #CustomerForLife.

I'm not normally the type of person that writes reviews, but my experience here was so overwhelmingly positive that I was compelled to write one. If you are a first time skier/snowboarder I highly recommend Sno Haus. All of the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and super nice. We talked to four different staff members for various needs (ski boot repair, snow board/shoe rentals, purchasing goggles and a helmet, etc.). Every one was as pleasant as could be. Normally I'd buy equipment online for a cheaper price, but I had to buy from here. All in all a great experience, we will be back.
