Good group of people and quality care. Most negative reviews are from people who gripe about money. Sure medical care is expensive, but what’s your life worth? Get a better insurance company if that’s the problem.
O Stars. Insurance clearly had an amount negotiated and agreed upon, but they billed me for full amount anyway. When I called after Husband having a stroke, they said they could not talk to me about it because I wasn't the patient. The patient had a stroke, I have a bill to resolve, can't resolve. I do have a power of attorney. Bill me correctly and I wouldn't have to call. Even worse, the insurance was on the phone with me and wanted me on the phone but you refused to let me stay on the phone, yet insurance had verification for me as well. Absurd.
