This place needs to be remodeled, the building itself looks old and dirty. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars because of the employees, especially the lady at the back, I think Claudette is her name, was very helpful and she knows what she’s doing. Not sure if she’s the manager but she seems to manage the place even doctors refer to her. The last time I came, I didn’t even understand what the doctor said but I tried not to be rude so I just said ok, thankfully Claudette explained it to me well. Nevertheless, problem here is that the place is dirty, most of the times chaotic. I feel like they just want more patients than what they can accommodate. This is pure business. Quality care needs improvement.

If i were you, i will keep your Little One away from this clinic. Incompetent doctors and zero human sense with children. As soon as the doctor saw my son, she was terrified about how he’s screaming and throwing tantrums. She started asking me personal questions and her attitude was just outrageous. If you have experience as a professional pediatrician, you should know that this behavior is totally normal specially on toddlers that are sick!! Give up your license if you cannot do your job appropriately for god sake!!!\u200d️\u200d️ ... in addition to that, she sent us home with a bunch of stuff that my son doesn’t really need to take.. but would only be harmful for him.. Today’s visit at this urgent care was HORRIBLE. This doctor looked like she was throwen out from the circus.. My son has been three days with a fever and now has a rash. The doctor said it was strep without even doing a strep test and sent us home with an steroid and she also put in an order for AMOXICILLIN!! (My sons strep test came out negative today at the hospital and rash turned out to be eczema ) no need for steroid or antibiotics!!! she obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing and she’s sending patients home with unnecessary medication. I wanna let people out there know that my experience today at this facility was TERRIBLE, and therefore i do not recommend it to anyone!!! If I would’ve known I would have taken my son to his primary doctor or to a good hospital!

My daughter and I adore this place so very much. I don't quiet understand why they have such bad reviews. They are quick with the appointments, but they actually listen to everything we say. We have been to 4 pediatric clinics in the Las Vegas Valley and they ignored all of our concerns, to have a quick and painless wellness check of my 4 month old daughter. This time, my daughter didn't cry. She loved her doctor and we will try to see her forever. I was sad that I didn't get to have Doctor Supree, my own old pediatric doctor, as Violet's doctor. But we found someone gentle for her to see and who makes her feel comfortable.

It started so well 2 years ago, but it quickly went downhill, and now has fallen off a cliff. The entire staff changes every time I come in now. Nobody really listens and I leave feeling like we only half saw a doctor. Visit summary is inaccurate and missing symptoms. No changing tables anywhere, and its a pediatric office. Its not that clean either. Discussing concerns with staff literally gets nowhere. I definitely will be finding a better office.
