The Modular homes are nice.
Wonderful experience with professional builders! It rained so much during our construction phase so our ground was soggy for much of the time and that put us behind in getting a finished product, but that’s nothing that could be helped. The quality of the work was superior and they always responded quickly to phone calls and questions. Their online customer account for during and after construction was helpful in being able to communicate through the entire process. Highly recommend D&W Homes.
D&W Homes delivered and came through. Happy with the house. Only thing I would add is trash be cleaned up that is left on job site but other than that very satisfied.
What should of been a great experience turned into a disaster. We had so many issues before getting into our home. The salesman tells you what you want to hear to buy then once ypu buy forgets what he told you. We have lived here 6 months and the place is falling apart. It is junk! Even the upgrades. Very poor craftmanship. There fix is caulk. All the calk on all the cou ter tops has completley disolved. Someone from Comodore came to fix countertop and said the guys that put everything together did the worst job he has ever seen. Needless to say we have gotten a laywer. We gave dw a list of things ro fix and only 2 things have been down. Our doors dont seal and I am pay ik ng a lot of extra ml oney to heat the house. Do not purchase a home from D w. We regret it wvery day!
