Great customer service! There was plenty of vehicles in stock for color/trim level comparison and availability. Sales representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, and not aggressive. I have only bought 3 new cars, but buying from Findlay Acura was the best experience.
My family and I have been leasing from Acura for a little over seven years now and have always had a great experience with the team. We always dealt with Alex until recently so we were a little skeptical, although Chase was nothing but kind and extremely helpful in helping get through the paperwork in the quickest time possible. Brian negotiated a very fair price with me and I am happy to stay with the Acura family. Acura's technology package on their models in my eyes gives the driver the best heads up display and outperforms anything above Mercedes, BMW, or their other competitors. If you are new to the valley or looking to upgrade your vehicle I recommend asking for Chase or Brian.
