been wanting to try this place since i saw a few months ago. 3.5 stars... i got the Chacarero steak sandwich the sauce was great, the beans and tomatoes were fresh.my only gripe is the steak could have been lot less chewy. it was kinda hard to bite through. i had a messy sandwich but a good one. the carna-sada fries was not my favorite.the meat taste like pot roast or boild steak. the teenage boys ate it, but they will eat anything...

We arrived on Sunday to the empty dinner, waited at the door to be seated for about 15 minutes no one to inform if the restaurant was closed or not or if we were to seat ourselves. The only person was the cashier and he just ignored us while he spoke with the guy in the black shirt for 15 minutes.
Went in as car was being served. Service was friendly. A little pricey and food was okay. Need to try some of the ethnicity plates and a couple of those desserts sounds good. If you had a carmel apple empanada dessert I'd be in a few times a month.
Awesome atmosphere, superb service and fantastic food!! I highly recommend this place, I'll be back soon!!

Did take out. Ordered a burger and enchiladas. The burger had cheese, even though we ordered without, and was gross, drowned in sauce. The rice with the enchiladas was bland and the beans were undercooked. Overall, extremely disappointing for a 30 meal. Sorry, won't be coming back.
The best chilean food in the United States. Period. The service is great, the food is fantastic, and all for a convenient price.
