I'm fortunate to work for a Company that values its employees and invests in their wellbeing. Great effort has been put into developing and maintaining a wellness program that includes 24-hour access to a fully equipped gym, daily physical fitness classes, team participation in local races to support the community of Henderson, free Financial Peace University classes, and spiritual growth through lunchtime Bible Study for those that desire to participate. I believe strongly that the wellness program cultivates a sense of community and belonging to the organization, and it is a big part of why I love working for PTTG.
