Great service each time I've visited. The sales team were very informative and helpful. The gentleman behind the parts counter helped figure out where to get what I needed, because it was a part that they didn't carry. Not a John Deere part.

I brought my mower to them going on two weeks now., just for a simple belt replacement. I waited a week, they had not started it they told me there waiting on dome guy to assign it to. They said should be ready in the next day or so. Went in personally and they said they would bump me up. Calmed two days later i was told they couldn't help it they were waiting on a lift to take the deck off, to get to the drive belt i am not impressed with their service. Parts section on the other hand is great, and sales seems fine. Mean while my properties are getting over grown, and my mower sits out side in the elements for the first time in 7 yrs. i will not bring it back for any type of repairs again.
