Good people and nice stuff!! Dog collars are the Best!!! and mowers and stuff are at a really good price!! Highly recommend going here for your outdoors needs!

Purchased a mower here which I’m absolutely satisfied with! However the customer service, and the lack of customer appreciation is horrible!! Waited almost an hour to pickup while everyone else was being treated as if they were celebrities. When the mower was ready they parked it out front, and never told me it was ready, and not once explained anything about the maintenance, care or anything. I had to ask about maintenance which clearly was a hassle for them to answer. Loaded it by myself even though they had help load everyone else’s. After loading I had 2 people come out, and say sorry we were busy, and get in there car to head to lunch!! I’m not really worried about it because I got the mower I had wanted, but a good customer experience assures future sales. I drove over 2 hours, and honestly I’d probably do it again simply for the deal, but if your looking for a good customer/sales experience I wouldn’t recommend. I still kinda have a bad taste about it, but in the end I got the mower I wanted, and that’s what it’s all about! Also thanks for posting everyone else’s pictures who purchased that day except mine.

Poor customer service.tech was rude.was told to put 100.00 deposit down when dropping my mower off got a phone call next day talking about mower had cracked frame so couldn be fixed but still was charged 90 dollars for labor when nothing was done to mower probably took a good 5 mins to see that the frame was cracked.will never go here again.
