People over there are really nice. I actually had a chance to speak to Dr. Roslyn the founder of the company herself when I called to place an order. I thought that was pretty amazing since you don’t often get to speak to the founder ever let alone for something simple like placing an order. She was very patient and talked me through the process. She also followed up with an email a short time after to see how everything was going and gave me tips on how to handle the product better. So far I’m happy with the product although I will say it takes a little bit of a learning curve in the beginning. I’m happy with their product and am planning to order more. Many of my patients need a non-animal/non-human graft source and this has been an excellent choice.
