DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. Made an appointment. The agent said the technician will come after 1 pm. Call at 3pm and another agent said I am the next client and the technician will come in 1 hour. call at 5.30pm. the agent said the technician cannot reach us - we have been waiting in the house for 4.5 hours for nothing. Didn't send a text. We have no missed call, or email. If you make appointment with them, be prepared to waste your time for nothing. Totally unprofessional!

As a medium-sized business, our company is sometimes lost in the shuffle between much smaller operations and truly large scale corporate accounts. I have not used this service before. But this morning a driver representing this company cut us off while switching freeways. I had my kids in the car and almost rear ended this vehicle. I feel that you should be more courteous and professional while on the road.
It was so nice to deal with the staff at Flying Locksmiths! From the reception/scheduling folks right on to the technicians that Responded to my service request - everyoneone was courteous and efficient. My experience couldn’t have been better and I highly recommend Flying Locksmiths to fellow businesses and friends!
Nick was great and took care of our safe. He was very professional and I would definitely call them again anytime for any lock or safe issues.
