Most places in this complex are privately owned and then rented out. Some units are better than others. Some management companies they use are terrible and some are just fine. Great location if you need to go to Green Valley high school. It's across the street. Some grass for dog walking in the complex. Unless you need this location, I would recommend to keep shopping apartments. Lots of choices in Henderson.

You guys need to put numbers in a visible place, if you're looking to stay here and you order food a lot, be prepared to wait a long time because there isn't anything to help find the units, overall bad design.

Central to everything; shopping, dining, casino, sports complex, and hospital. Great place to retire. Mostly couples as home owners.

FAN OF KILLJOY

Beautifully well kept properties and common grounds, newly repainted, repaved and doggie area provides baggies and a waste bin. All walkways , parking areas are all very well lit. The cul de sac provides added assurances of much less public foot traffic. Its a really great place !
