I highly recommend visiting Acu-Na Wellness Center. I have visited on several occasions for acupuncture & massage sessions. The staff is wonderful! Very attentive to helping resolve any pain and providing you the best services possible. I recently tried their new gemstone acupuncture session and it was a experience that is hard to write into words, it was amazing and I highly recommend it!

I have suffered 20 years with neck and shoulder pain from an injury. I have had PT over the years and had short term success. Then I was introduced to Acu-NA wellness by a friend and my journey with Sadhvi began! In 6 treatments ,almost monthly , along with her advice of self care at home the pain and burning is no longer. My range of motion in my neck ...back to normal. I am able to do strength training with no discomfort afterwards and able to be active with outdoor gardening and activities and have no pain afterwards. What a Privileged to have had this opportunity! I suggest if your ready to do some intentional self care this is where you should go.

I've been going here for 2 years now. Best place in Asheville area to get a massage. They care about your body needs and take time to get to know you. Atmosphere is relaxing, this place is tucked away off the road so don't miss the turn off.
