We just recently decided to look at travel trailers to make vacations a safer possibility during Covid. After looking online and reading reviews of trailers and dealers, we visited three separate locations. Camping World of Asheville is by far the best choice in our area. Tonya Moneymaker is the salesperson to ask for. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, quick to respond to texts and emails, not at all pushy, and she didn't make us feel intimidated by our lack of knowledge and experience with the \camping world.\ Their service and accounting departments were also friendly and helpful, especially in picking out the items we never even knew were needed for hooking up a travel trailer. And be prepared, there are a lot of them! Their store and inventory are amazing and everything is super clean. And as far as the trailer itself, we ended up buying a 2020 Wildwood X-lite 171RBXL. We got an awesome deal, very affordable payment plan, and are extremely happy with the whole experience.

Camping World was very helpful with the sale of course but they lacked in the after sale. They acted like they didn't have time for us when we came back to pick the camper up. They said they would detail/clean it but they did not. They did not tie the chairs up so when we got home they had hit the table and made places on the chairs. They lost the camper keys. If you just purchased a camper from them they should make you feel like \family\. The finance department was excellent though! Sometimes bigger isn't always better.

After much shopping around, Camping World of Asheville had the best deal on the camper we wanted. Treated us very well! Gave us the lowest price as well as best trade-in value. No hidden fees, no added costs, good deal on an extended warranty, and quick transaction. Shout out to our salesperson Michele for her extra effort to get us the numbers we needed, as well as John and the service crew. No salesman games...In and out, courteous, efficient. Highly recommend!!
