Great customer service. We visited on a girls day to celebrate my nieces Birthday. She took her doll in and the staff to the time to show her how to detangle her dolls hair. The clothes are so adorable, they have an outfit for any occasion.

Great customer service! I went in there today for the first time. I came out with a bag full of goodies. The lady was helpful and extremely nice! I’ll definitely be back. I can’t wait for my 4 year old to see her new clothes and shoes for her doll!
I have shopped here many times. The staff is always more than pleasant and helpful. The clothes and dolls are beautiful and much better priced than its look a like. I started visiting this store about 3 years ago, have bought too many outfits, but my daughter doesn’t agree. Have never had a problem with quality of the dolls or clothes. We own 20 outfits and 2 dolls, likely to have more before the Christmas season is over!

Expensive 18" dolls with expensive accessories/clothes. Extremely low quality because the clothes fall apart after your child plays with them. Would be better to spend a little more money on something that will last.
