Great experience. Window representative went out of his way trying to track down the original purchase of the windows for our house. Never was able to track it down, but he went ahead and ordered a replacement for us honoring the warranty.

I went in over a week ago and spoke with John about a door. I had all my measurements and even picked out the door prior to going in from the manufacturers website. He didn't have to even spend much time with me. He said he would get back to me at the latest the next morning with a price. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard back from them. I guess they don't need the business. I try to business locally, but not going to chase them down to give them my money.
