I want to post a warning to any potential customer. I would caution ever buying a vehicle from this dealership. The customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered in any industry....so much so I am writing my one and only google review. We bought a new truck from this dealership almost 2 years ago now. We never got a second key for this vehicle on purchase (a problem that has been \being addressed\ for over 2 years now). Additionally, our brand new truck has had a problem with a rattling since we drove it off the lot. Unknown what this problem is.... We have taken it in multiple times.. it has stayed anywhere from 3-6 weeks with an unclear diagnosis or fix. Delays have be cited due to lack of part availability ect. Pushing me to writing this review is yet another phone call to this dealership as the rattling has worsen..... now I am being told I can purchase the second key (which was never given to me).. and I can't get into service the vehicle for 2 weeks. I have high suspicion they push off problems till the buyer is forced to pay higher prices for services that should have been included. I feel they let problems persist till out of warranty period where the buyer is then forced to pay more. If I could site negative stars I would. It should be noted that these complaints have been made to dealership multiple times, to the customer service rep who called at the one year post purchase... all with empty promises that these things would be fixed... they are in progress.. or we will get back to you. So caution believing the false hope which is being given.

When I purchased my 2020 Bolt there was a small scratch on the dashboard. I asked if the scratch could be fixed as a condition of my buying the vehicle, and they agreed. They ended up having to replace the entire dashboard and remove all the front trim panels in the process. When I got the vehicle back it looked terrible. There were gaps between all the pieces, even a piece of material sticking out of the a-pillar cover. I brought it back in for them to redo the work.. they had it for a week. After I examined the vehicle there was no change whatsoever, except the material sticking out of the a-pillar had been fixed. The service manager and sales manager told me they couldn't do any better and that I'd have to go open a support case with GM. After weeks of talking to a GM customer support rep (it took weeks because she could never get the service manager on the phone) the regional manager of GM called Hendrick only to have the service manager tell him I don't have any problem. The GM regional manager decides there's nothing wrong, even after I sent him the pictures. Case closed! I'm now considering paying out of pocked to have someone else look at it. UPDATE: I contacted the number below (which is your main number), as requested. No one answered at extension 0. I talked to someone in sales, who transferred me to the service manager, Rick. He was not expecting a call from me. The last time I talked to him he told me to go call GM. He said he’d look into it for me, but I seriously doubt I’ll get a call back. If you aren’t just an office admin copying and pasting replies, Rick has my number. Please call me if you are actually serious about doing something.

My name is Timothy Mills. The work performed was great. I had ABS sensor on left rear put on my Camaro SS. (Take in account I went into the situation with feathers raised). The cost was a concern. I addressed the price concern with service advisor . The representative was professional and open to receive my feedback. He listen to my concerns and ask me to have a set in the lobby while he addressed my concerns with his Manager. I was called back into the Managers office where we reviewed the bill. I was allowed to speak as he looked over the billing. Once he looked over billing he adjusted the pricing. He explained how it could have happen but decided to side with me as the customer. This was text book resolution. I was given time to speak, time to calm down and was given option of money back or credit toward my next visit. I went with the credit. I have been a long time customer and appreciated the willingness to hear me out, the professional manner they conducted themselves with a upset customer and the quality of work done at the location. All of those mean a lot to me as a customer.

I'm yet again impressed with the service and interaction with this store both with sales and service. I've a few of new faces over the last few months and their staff gets better and better with each one. Every time I come in they, my experience continues to get better and better. Great customer service and interaction with complete transparency in every answer I get.

We went to this dealer last night looking for a deal we found online. The person that helped us in there was very nice, but unfortunately we were misinformed by the person who established the communication with us via email before going to the dealer. We were not informed that the online price (which was the same price that the representative that communicated with us via email told us), was subject to multiple discounts that you need to qualify for, like having a Costco membership, or being a GMC owner already, and that kind of things. The car we wanted to buy was about 20k more expensive than the online price they gave us prior to get to the dealer, which was a bummer, because that threw us totally out of budget. If you intend to purchase with them a vehicle you found online I strongly recommend for you to inquiry if that is the real price or if that is the price after the discounts that are conditioned to whether or not you qualify for them.
