Bought a 2018 Kia Soul from Hendrick Kia dealership on Independence. The staff was very nice especially Rafael Pena, Christian, Neal and Steve. All in all I am pleased with the transaction. Had to get some bugs worked out and the staff took good care of everything. I will service my car here since I feel if anything is not right they will get it right! Thanks again as I love the Soul.

If you're looking for a car in the Charlotte NC area, I highly recommend Hendrick Kia and ask for Jeff Winchester. I found what I wanted and he made it happen quickly. It was a true "win win". Unable to drive two cars at the same time, Jeff personally delivered my new car to my house 30 miles away. That's what I call great customer service. Go see Jeff, you won't be disappointed.

Struck a deal for the car and my trade very quickly. Everyone from salesmen to GM to finance manager to used car manager were great to work with. Good car buying experience. I've always had good experiences (5) with the Hendrick dealerships.

Renee, Service mgr. could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I had an issue with my car and needed to leave town so she took care of me in the essence of time. Also, returned for a tail light and it was taken care of within the time allowed. Very impressed and will be back. Thanks Renee!
