Just a normal annual maintenance appointment. They noticed some preventative things and took care of them for me at no additional cost. Highly recommend. They also take pictures of everything which is nice!

Too Bad There Are Only Five Stars To Give Jason and Hendrix - They Deserve Ten! Got a call the night before confirming appointment. Jason showed up right on time. Friendly, courteous, and most professional. Did a thorough job of inspection, cleaning, preventative maintenance. Explained everything at the conclusion of his call. Then emailed us a detailed written report, including pictures. Happy I made the switch to Hendrix! 10-Star Service!

We had them out to fix our system at first. They repaired the main issue and it looked good. We ahead another issue they found thatt was keeping our system functioning properly so I set up an estimate. Sean was right on time and gave his estimate on the spot without any pressure or up selling. I tried to get 2 other bids and 1 company waited a week to offer me the quote they forgot to send and the other company tried to push my visit out another week. So I chose Hendrix and they got us on the schedule fast. So happy with their service so far. Thanks.

Our experience with Hendrix Heating rates five stars from start to finish. Our salesman Sean was very personable and easy to understand and deal with while answering all of our questions. He found every rebate and incentive that we were eligible for and applied them to our invoice. The installation team was on time, removed the old A/C unit from the wall for me and worked seamlessly together to install the new furnace and A/C unit. Tanner, Zack and Jake each knew what needed to be done and just did it and were cleaned up and gone before four o'clock. We could tell that they truly got along together, actually had fun together and like what they are doing. The installation was neat and clean and performs beautifully. We really appreciated the personal touches like the calls to touch base and the simple thank you card from Sean. It is nice to do business with someone who still does customer service the old fashioned way. Awesome job.
