As a work-from-home Recruiter with a toddler, I was so excited to find Balance RVA which offered a place for me to work uninterrupted! Their co-working space offers plenty of room to spread out and if you need some privacy, there are conference rooms that can be reserved. But really what sold me was the patient and dedicated child care team and staff -- they make this working mom's life SO much easier!!

If you are looking for meeting, working or event space then you must visit Balance Space for a tour. This is a pretty cool concept and is designed to be not only meeting space for entrepreneurs but they also provide advisory and marketing services. There is even a space you can rent to hosy or make a podcast and even shoot photography or videos. I also like the fact that onsite daycare is available and included in the membership.
As a new entrepreneur, I love working here. It is a beautiful, clean space and I love the unique vibe and the helpful staff. I'm able to host client meetings and really be productive.
When I was in search for a co-working space, I found Balance RVA in a Google search and I'm so thankful I did. Juri, the owner, invited me in for a tour and I knew from the minute I walked in that it was going to be my new space. It's a very welcoming environment with great people and I love that my child is welcome as well. I liked it so much that I upgraded my membership from co-working to a permanent office because I don't plan on moving. Juri and her team are like family and my son and I love working and socializing there. As an added bonus, we get discounts on services offered by other members, so I now have an excellent (and super cheap) cleaning service and massage therapist. Couldn't recommend this place more.
