I took this week long in-person course with instructor, Karen Gear. She is truly an amazing asset to Moseley-Flint. With decades of real estate and broker experience, Karen offers invaluable insight to real estate hopefuls. She makes sure that students focus on relevant, testable content. Highly recommend. Update: It has been 11 days since the conclusion of my class with Moseley-Flint. Today I took my PSI Virginia Salesperson Examination and passed on my first try. Thanks, Moseley-Flint!

I took my prelicensure class through them and passed with flying colors. I’m now on my second module of my brokers classes and I feel like I’m doing something wrong because it’s super easy to understand. The course worked effortlessly in execution, well presented outlines and details, CE credit reported in extremely timely manner, AND all at HALF the cost of other online schools in the area. Thank you and I highly recommend.
This is about my 10th or 11th time taking continuing education and I always look for the Moseley Flint School of Real Estate Booklets to take my Ced classes because 1) you can take your time 2) easy to understand information and they pick out the pertinent information that we actually use day to day to test us on 3) booklets arrive quickly when ordered 4) they will grade them while you wait on the phone if requested 5) the course material makes sense in day to day practice. I highly recommend it to all my realtor/broker associates.
