I used them for years because I liked the owner and had familiarity with the workers. But I'm done now. Too many issues to list in full, but this last time pushed me over the edge, with shoddy work and flat out lying from plumber. I called and asked to speak to someone who could put it right, and they didn't return my call. Literally using plastic wrap right now in my shower to stop damage! I'm disgusted.

Friday morning our gas company had to shut of the gas due to a leak.. Called Henry's after calling Scott Baird and ACME (they couldn't even come that day, one was Monday). Matt from Henry's was here within 45 minutes. (Should have called them first). Matt was very professional and did a thorough job. Thanks Henry's!

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your service! Jordan came to my home on 4th of July weekend to fix our AC unit. He was professional and honest and saved us money on a part that was under warranty. He did a great job, and we were so pleased! We will be customers again!
