Highly Recommend this tree service company for there services, promptness on answering and overall customer service on how they handled our trees. From the office to the Arborist and crew out in the field they were all professional and super great. They were quick and careful with removing parts of my tree and getting them back to a good state. I would definitely call back and try them again.

Edit: After my initial review, I sent an email and made another phone call/left a message, but still no call back, so I had given up. Fast forward a month, and I tried calling again and actually got someone on the phone. At that point, service was great. The dispatcher said he'd send either Henry or Rudy, and in the end Rudy came out and we walked through what needed to be done. Within a couple of days, the work crew came out and did a great job. While the quality of work was 5-star, I'm going to have to leave only 4 because of the initial communication issue. Also, it appears that either Henry's is just part of a larger group called Arborist USA, or he's working for them now, because that's whose name is on the invoice and business card I got. If you're having poor luck getting anyone to return a phone call, try calling Arborist USA, they have a different phone# that might be monitored better than the one through Henry's. --- Original Review --- I hate to write a negative review for someone who's never done any work for me, but when I call and send you multiple inquiries through phone and through your web site and you never call back, I'm left to wonder if you're too busy to bother, or your technology is working against you. If you'd provide a better way to contact you to get the work I need done, I'll do that and modify my review based on quality of work. The whole reason I contacted you is your rating appears to be near perfect.

Called to have a tree looked at to get cut down. Henry came out a couple days later and now have an appt to get it cut down with stump removed. I look forward to them coming out and helping with this big task. 1st initial phone call was very professional and since I was at work when Henry called, he gave me a detailed explanation of what they could do for me when he looked at my tree. Extremely helpful to have someone understanding and work with my schedule being a truck driver and not always in town.

Highly recommend Henry’s Tree Service of Arlington/Arborist USA. We called them out to evaluate a giant red oak that was dropping healthy limbs. He diagnosed the tree with borer beetles. After evaluating options to save the tree, it was determined it was too far gone. They cut down our enormous tree in two days with no damage to our house. They let me keep whatever I wanted - we kept the huge trunk to make a table, plus smaller branches for seating, and even smaller ones for crafts. There was an entire section that was hollow, proving it was in danger of falling on our house. Everyone was courteous, and the price was more than fair. It was significantly less than I expected to pay (even Henry said they should have charged more). They recommended not grinding the stump (which would mean paying more) to save the foundation of the house. Henry also recommended a plan to save another tree before it was too far gone. I highly recommend this company.

Henrys Tree Service of Arlington provided some tree service work for me at a property of mine. They were professional and quick to respond to what I was asking. Just like most in the DFW area I was worried from the storm damage several weeks ago. I had the arborist come out and there staff walk me through the process. Apart from reassuring me they got it done professionally. I couldn't ask for anything more! I would highly recommend this company for any of your tree service work!
