I bought my Equinox from Herb Easley February of 2020. My salesman, Flynn, has stayed in contact with me monthly, from making sure I don’t need anything to offering to pick my car up from my job while I’m working, to take it to get my oil change. Thanks to the Herb Easley promise, my oil changes are ONLY 10! My overall experience purchasing my vehicle was outstanding. A couple weeks ago I was driving on the highway and something went wrong with my car so I had to pull over on the side of the highway. Within minutes, there was a tow truck picking my car up to take it to Herb Easley service department. Thanks to the Herb Easley promise, everything was free of charge, including the tow truck fee. They fixed my car quickly, free of charge as well. The Herb Easley promise is a wonderful program. I highly recommend Herb Easley, you will not be disappointed in their customer service as well as their promise program!! Thank you Herb Easley for continuing to make my experience one to remember!

Dedicated and kid friendly! Jason aka “Mr. Fedora”, Jerry and Jack went above and beyond in assisting my husband and I. I first showed up and they didn’t have anything I was really wanting. Jason did not push me into something I didn’t want and said he’d call if anything came in that he thought I may be interested in. I left and not even 2 minutes later, he calls me to let me know they may have just received the perfect vehicle for my family and even better, in our price range. He was right because we walked out of there as the proud new owners of a 2018 Chevy Traverse! They did everything in their power to make this a great and stress free experience for us - even entertained our 3 children while we did paperwork. Couldn’t be happier! 10/10 would recommend!
