We had an event at our church this past weekend and needed space cooling equipment. The staff at Herc Rentals worked with us to make sure we have the best value equipment. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent commercial equipment.

Ryan was very disrespectful. Said we were coming in shortly, when we arrived a sign said we had to call. So we called and asked \what are you here for?\ Not good customer service.
I was not impressed. Staff not very knowledgeable about equipment they're renting out. Basically told here's the key, figure it out.
