I've been using Heritage Tractor since they moved to Anderson. Are they the cheapest? No, but they will make sure the repairs are done right and they'll keep you informed about the process. Last summer my mower has some pulleys seize and caused several issues. They picked it up in a timely manner and returned it. It turns out the issue wasn't totally resolved. They came and picked it up the next day and made it a priority to get the mower fully repaired. The second trip and second repair cost me nothing. They could have easily said it was something else and charged me a second time, but they made it right, no questions asked. From top to bottom, they work to keep their customers happy.

Absolutely best place I have delivered to with the kindest workers! My semi got stuck on the hill leading up to the building due to ice road conditions. They came down with their equipment and pulled me all the way up the hill to make the delivery! Cheers to them for doing so much! Shoutout to Ruby.

I bought a JD X350 a few months back. Because of a trade-in issue, I had to buy it at a different JD dealer. Recently I lost forward and reverse functions. I called Heritage and was amazed at their willingness to perform the warranty work. Within a few hours of the call I was sent a confirmation that a work order had already been generated and that they would be down to pick it up the following day. I was kept updated with the progress of the repair and notified as soon as it was completed. It was delivered back to me in perfect working condition. Because this was a warranty claim, I incurred no charges. It should be noted that I called the original selling dealer and was told the same exact warranty work would cost 120.00. I strongly recommend Heritage Tractor.

So, I gave Heritage Tractor a chance to see what service they provide for my 544J Loader. Had a leak on the lift cylinder. Call on Friday September 18th. Had them Oder the seal kits and come to the mill to fix the cylinder. Service guy told me that they will have the parts and be out early Monday morning. Monday morning rolls around and no service guy by 9am and no courtesy call for an update. So had to call them to see what was up. The parts didn’t even ship till that Monday and would be Tuesday or Wednesday. Well they got the part and was there on Tuesday Morning. They had the cylinder apart in about an hour but didn’t have the tools to complete the job so had to take the piston back to the shop. Well a 1.5-2 suggested job turned into 7 hours and over 1,500 to replace seal kits in a cylinder. Really would not recommend them at ALL!
