Herman can't say NO to a job -- even when he doesn't have the skill to do it properly. I was literally dumbfounded when I first picked up my car (I was having a new convertible top installed). He should be ashamed to present such a horrible mess. It was a joke and continued to be for over a month. Not only was he incompetent at the installation, he ruined the top in the process of incessantly trying to fix the disaster he created on the top of my car! He even attempts to make YOU feel unreasonable for demanding restitution. The only reason he's still in business is low overhead and he's relatively cheap. In this case, you get way less than what you pay for. Oh, and he only takes cash and he prefers it up front. DON'T BE FOOLED. Run away and never look back. He's going to wish he'd settled (with me)...he's going to get pounded in small claims

DO NOT COME HERE TERRIBLE WORK I brought my boat here to get new wood and upolstry done. I had to come back 3 different times cause it was not complete. We agreed on new wood for seats and panels. He just covered up the old wood. I told him I was not going to pay for cheap work. I asked if he was going to do it right. He told me "we will see". I was floor after complaining about thing not being put back and have parts left off. He told me I have 24 hour to pay and remove it or he would tow it. After talking to the cops he finally fix his terrible work that I knew of and I took it easy where. This is not the place to get good honest work done.
Herman is amazing and a craftsman at that from my custom cars to simple armrest I use for tattooing he impresses me everytime I been using Herman for over 9 years for all my projects of upholstery to all the comments yall must of had bad jobs or fare damaged items to begin with Herman restores to to beat that can be done to what is salvageable you can't make old damage look brand new on a budget just saying but every time I have come by he has never let me or the 50 others I have sent to him down he has been in low rider magazines for his fine craftsmanship the price is great as well as the work STOP BY AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF TELL HIM PISTOL PETE SENT YA you won't be disappointed unless you coming with super damaged thing half way broken or all the way broken Herman will have you looking right to the best of his ability of what is salvageable
Avoid this place. I was promised a top-notch job that would be done in one week. 6 weeks later, my interior was horribly botched and I had to pick it up and take it somewhere else. Awful workmanship, horrible customer service, no refund. He also only accepts cash and will make you pay up front. Don't give him your money. He should not be posing as a legitimate upholstery business.
Worst customer service I have ever had. Work not that good. had my seats for 4 months did one and told me he couldn't do the other one anymore half way throu the work and I had already paid. Steal haven't got my seats back. never answers phone. never there. 0 stars Wont even call you to let you know anything you have to call or well never get your stuff back.
