I've tried for two days now to try and get a hold of my case worker. When I call my card it has no pending payment for food stamps and I dont know why.i kinda need to know what's up .my house needs food but no one is answering the direct line or my case worker direct number.they want you to be quick about a response but when you need them it drags out for days... No notice just shutting your food stamps off until we combine them on one card.thanks for the notice*******

I think all these other poor reviews either had bad attitudes or the wrong counselor MR KELLY IS AN AMAZING CASEWORK And i know what im talking about im a social worker by trade he makes us look very good.

They suck. You never get to talk to a real person over the phone. You give updated information multiple times and still end up having to go to the old address. Nor do they use your actual number to call back. Oh not to mention my friend has been waiting for them to fix her insurance for an week now so she can get her medications. They're just peachy. But i guess it all depends on your case worker. My case worker is awesome. Always very helpful. If in person. He never gets my voicemails.
