Had a reservation and cancelled 8 days before arrival. Rules state that deposit (103 in my case) will not be refunded if cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior. Yes I understand the rules but 10 days prior is unusually long and not the normal for cancellation with refund. I am sure that the cancellation caused an undue burden on them which is why they need the 103. But then again I am pretty sure they will re-rent the site that I have already paid for. Nothing like getting the chance to double dip. The reason I cancelled is the requirement to sign a waiver to absolve them of all responsibility if anything at all occurs. Even if they are responsible. I've never sued anyone in my life. I believe in personal responsibility but.... Are they that irresponsible or incompetent that they need such protection? Never seen such a document at any other campground. The amount of data they request on their check-in document I felt was overbearing, but that is another story.

Staying at the Nashville Shores Cabins was an awesome experience! We stayed in February and it was so quiet and relaxing. The cabins are so clean and a ton of fun to stay in! The RV Resort and Cabins had security available to us if needed and we felt completely safe. We woke up and saw a family of deer and ended the day with a beautiful sunset. It was truly a beautiful and great stay close to the hustle and bustle of Nashville, but secluded enough to relax and enjoy a quiet stay!

Normally have good luck with KOAs on travel assignments, however this one does not allow more then two pets. We have two dogs and a cat that stays in the RV and that’s not allowed. Sharing a review so the public is aware.

Stayed at campground for 2 weeks. There is a 14 day limit unfortunately. No refilling propane on site, closest place is Tractor Supply . 2 car limit per site. Only one vehicle can fit in most spots had to park extra vehicles in Waterpark parking lot. Off season it is ok because park is closed but when open could see being. Problem. There was a huge storm our first night here and campground had to move us and everybody lakeside due to flood waters rising from lake. Luckily they gave us notice and everyone was able to safely move their rv and campers. The rv sites on the hillside are a little tricky to get in and out of as it is literally on a hill. Laundry mat is okay , bunch of out of service machines but still did the job. They sell firewood in office as well as snacks and a bunch of camping supplies. Bathhouses are lean and really nice. Pooch Park and walking trails as well as zip lining. I Recommend staying here! They have cabins as well. Zee

We stayed here for 5 days and just loved it. It was peaceful and quiet. Of course it was after the water park closed for season . Bath house and showers was very clean. We will def go back here again.

Paid 2 weeks in advance due to not knowing when exactly I would be departing. At no time was I told I wouldn’t get refunded if I left early. In confirmation Email it ONLY specifies canceling PRIOR to arrivals and says NOTHING about early departures. Will not stay with people who are so money hungry that they can’t even be decent business people. If you must stay.... pay one day at a time.

Very quiet and relaxing cabin was full of flies and misquotes kitchen and bathroom floors needed to be mopped would turn feet black They expect you to clean cabin before you leave but fridge had old spaghetti noodles and burners had food under them.Had lake side cabin with beautiful view but one blind didn’t open and other two wouldn’t go up and kitchen was under supplied bring own trash bags , dust pan, and oven mitts but most of all bring a fly swatter (staff was very friendly )
