Hands down Hern marine is the only place to buy a boat, buy accessories and have your boat serviced. I boat in lake Cumberland and pull my boat home just to have it serviced by Hern. The service team is hands down the best in the business, they are very professional and know what they are talking about. Travis in service is the best I have ever dealt with, he has gone up and over my expectations as a service tech. Chris who handles the sales of accessories is another who is very helpful when looking for items and finding the best options for your boat. January 2021 was my first time buying a brand new boat. I said I would never buy a new boat but dealing with Wes and Ron at Hern made my decision very easy. I walked in to get accessories for my current boat, struck up a conversation with Wes about a boat that caught my attention. After 30 minute conversation we had set up a test run at Caesars creek, when I arrived Ron had joined us on the run. The amount of time they gave my family and I to explore the boat and ask questions was unbelievable , the knowledge they have and the way they explain it is super professional. The biggest item was the HONESTY and the non pressure sales approach From both Ron and Wes. We left the lake and continued to hear from Wes on a weekly basis but never once was there “ we have others wanting the boat” or you need to let me know soon “. It was take your time, we completely understand this is a big purchase and we want you to be comfortable with your decision”. With their patients, honesty and willingness to help us get into this boat we pulled the trigger. We could not be more happy about our decision and more importantly dealing with Hern Marine, Ron and for sure Wes ! Thank you for being class act people and for sure a class act company. Customer for life !

They also sell online through Wholesale marine. Bought a boat cover though wholesale marine with Hern Marine Distributors on the pack slip. Even though it’s a guaranteed fit this cover is worthless and doesn’t fit for ..... now no one wants to exchange or help out. Maybe in person they are helpful, but their online businesses are? Should have gone through a reputable outfit. Wasn’t the first time I was ripped off by a company and won’t be the last, but if this helps you make a decision on who to work with your welcome.

We did not end up purchasing from Hern as we went with a different boat manufacturer but the sales staff and experience was great. As someone new to boating they were no pressure and more than happy to educate me on anything I asked about.
