Spoke with Mr Mark this morning about chickens, he was very informative. Told him we would head out to his house to pick up some baby chicks. He did inform me that he would be home in a hour and I said that was fine because we needed to run to the store to get supplies and I would call him when we were close to the his place. Once we were about 20 mins out I called and left him a voicemail letting him know ETA, then once again about 5 mins out I called. We drove 45 minutes to get there with no response. We called multiple times while in front of his place and honked the horn with no response. Then my husband called when we were pulling away with no response. Very disappointed to drive that far and receive such awful customer service. We went to tractor supply to get materials before we headed to Mr Marks and they had baby chicks there, but I told my husband I didn’t want to be rude and get them there when Mr Mark was expecting us. I was wrong and I should have went with Tractor Supply!!
